when your emotions feel bigger than the room.

maybe you feel everything intensely. maybe you go from overwhelmed to shut down, connected to completely disconnected, or hopeful to convinced that nothing is going to work. maybe your mood has been difficult to predict, relationships feel complicated, or you are exhausted from trying to understand why you react the way you do. none of that makes you broken.

  • when everything feels like a lot

emotions can arrive quickly and intensely, especially when you are already carrying stress, grief, trauma, or exhaustion. we can work on understanding what your emotions are communicating and finding ways to move through them without judging yourself for having them.

  • when relationships feel complicated

closeness, conflict, rejection, abandonment, trust, boundaries, and attachment can bring up a lot. we can look at your relationship patterns with curiosity rather than shame and make space for both your needs and the needs of the people you care about.

  • when your mood changes the whole landscape

depression can make everything feel heavier. periods of elevated mood can change your energy, thoughts, sleep, and sense of what is possible. sometimes the hardest part is figuring out what is you, what is your mood, and what support you actually need. we can work through that together.

your diagnosis is information, not an identity.

a diagnosis can help put language to your experiences. it can also come with a lot of baggage: maybe you have felt judged, misunderstood, or reduced to a label before, or spent years wondering whether something is fundamentally wrong with you. i do not see you as a diagnosis to manage. we can use diagnostic language when it is helpful, and leave it aside when it is not. the goal is to understand your patterns, build skills that actually work for you, and make more room for the life you want.

what working together looks like

we start with where you are, not where you think you should be.

we talk

start with a free 20-minute consultation. tell me what has been going on, what you have tried before, and what you are hoping might be different. you can bring a diagnosis, a question, a list of symptoms, or just a feeling that something needs to change.

we make sense of it

together, we can look at patterns, triggers, relationships, emotions, nervous-system responses, and the stories you have developed about yourself along the way. we can also build practical tools for moments when everything feels like too much.

we build from there

therapy is not about becoming perfectly regulated or never having a difficult day again. it is about understanding yourself better, having more choices in difficult moments, and building a life where your diagnosis does not get to make every decision for you.

not your

you are more than your hardest moments. book a free consult and we can start from wherever you are.
